Tate In Providence Court

The Rhode Island man accused of shooting a Fall River man early Sunday morning at the loading dock at the Ship's Cove housing complex in Fall River appeared in Rhode Island district court Monday and after iniitally refusing extradition to Massachuusetts, later agreed to be sent to the Bay State to face the murder charges. 34 year old William Tate is accused of fatally shooting David Rodreguez. Tate is scheduled to be arrainged at the Fall River Justice Center Wednesday. Rodriguez's mother had to be removed from the courtroom after she distrupted the proceeedings. Tate is being held without bail at the Adult Correctiional Institute in Cranston.
