John George’s Forfeiture Hearing Is Thursday

A forfeiture hearing is being held Thursday in Boston Federal Court on the U.S. Attorney's efforts to seize $1.38 million dollars in assets from former Dartmouth Select Board member John George.

George was found guilty in April of embezzling money from the Southeast Regional Transit Authority, while serving as President of the Union Street Bus Company
