Ground Broken On New Wareham Hotel
Ground was broken Tuesday for a new hotel and hospitality center in Wareham. The 50 thousand square foot, 4 story, Marriott brand hotel is located on Rt. 28 near the junction of I-195 as part of the Rosebrook Place Development.
The hotel will have 90 guest rooms and a 300 seat function facility and is a joint venture between cranberry growers A D Makepeace and Westport based LaFrance Hospitality C
