The decision was made last month by Fire Chief Paul Coderre as part of a plan to end the 'rolling blackout' policy of shutting fire stations around the city.
The coronavirus is causing some people to panic and some people are happy to fan that panic. Luckily, Greater New Bedford has strong and calming leaders.
