Massachusetts ACLU Seeks Inquest, Investigation into Shooting Death of Malcolm Gracia

A criminal inquest is being sought from the Massachusetts Attorney General's office in the May, 2012 shooting death of 15-year-old Malcolm Gracia.

The Massachusetts American Civil Liberties Union, along with the NAACP and other civil rights groups, are questioning the District Attorney's findings after a formal investigation
