It's back to the Hill for Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.

Testifying in a House hearing, Sebelius assured lawmakers that HealthCare.Gov is working much better after a disastrous launch on October 1st.

Enrollment in the new healthcare exchanges more than doubled in November to about 250-thousand people.  A total of 365-thousand had successfully selected health care plans nationwide as of the end of last month.

That's still far below an initial target of more than one million.  (Metro Networks Inc.)
