New Bedford Jet Ski Accident

A sea-doo personal water craft carrying three passengers flipped near the Butler Flats lighthouse in New Bedford Sunday night. According to published reports, New Bedford Firefighters launched a rescue boat at the base of Ricketson Street and East Rodney French Blvd after receiving a call at 7 pm. Firefighters rescued the three unidentified passengers and towed the sea-doo to land.

It was unclear what caused the incident and no injuries were reported.
