Mark Sanford Wins In North Carolina

Former South Carolina Republican Governor Mark Sanford is back in politics after winning a special congressional election. In his victory speech Tuesday, Sanford alluded to the sex scandal that forced him to resign as governor in 2009. He says "a good part of life is about getting back up," and not "how you stumble."
