A Pawtucket, Rhode Island man was convicted in Fall River Superior Court in connection with an Attleboro armed robbery from October.

District Attorney Thomas M Quinn III announced today that 32-year-old Jimmy Honeycutt pleaded guilty to armed robbery charges in connection with the October 2, 2010 robbery of a Getty gas station.

Honeycutt reportedly wore a mask and carried a semiautomatic handgun during the robbery and made of with more than $2,000 in cash.

Honeycutt has been sentenced to serve no less than five years in a state prison.
