Red Sox Lose to NY and Head West- WBSM Monday Sports (AUDIO)

The Red Sox lost to the Yankees last night 9 to 6. Ryan Dempster allowed seven runs in five and a third innings. He also hit Alex Rodriguez with a pitch that caused Joe Girardi to run out of the dugout and eventually get ejected.

The Red Sox flew to San Francisco this morning. They will play the Giants tonight at 10:15pm. WBSM pregame time is 9:30pm.

The Pawtucket Red Sox beat Buffalo at McCoy yesterday. They continue that series tonight.

Goal tender Jose Theodore is close to signing a contract with the Boston Bruins. The deal is reportedly worth one million dollars.

And the Westport, CT Little League team has advance in the Little League World Series.
