The sale of Rogers and Oxford Schools is still being worked out by the Fairhaven Board of Selectmen.

During Monday night's meeting, the Board decided to hold a special meeting to begin making decisions that will allow the town to move forward with the sales.

Chairman Bob Espindola expects a lot of public opinion during the meeting.

The town must decide on how it plans on selling the properties, what restrictions to set on possible developers, and answer a number of legal questions.

The special meeting will be held at 6:30pm in the Town Hall Banquet Room on August 28th.
