The Plymouth cop who left his .357 revolver in the men's bathroom at Wareham District Court has been suspended without pay for 30 days.

The gun was pocketed by an alleged perp who was in court January 28th and turned up two days later having never been fired.  The police chief says Captain John Rogers is a 28-year veteran of the force with a stellar record who recognizes the serious nature of his mistake.
