According to WCVB, the bus was coming from Harvard, and carrying people from Pennsylvania. The Boston Fire Department says that the bus was too tall to get through the roadway.

30 people suffered minor injuries, and the fire department had to remove the roof in order to get the passengers out. Some still remain trapped on the bus while crews work to free them.
