Olympian Jeff Demps Heading To The Patriots

After winning the silver medal at the 2012 London Olympics, sprinter, and former Florida running back Jeff Demps is joining the New England Patriots.

Looks like the New England Patriots are getting some Olympic talent. It's being reported that Jeff Demps will be joining Tom Brady and company. It's not official, and several teams are interested in Demps' services, including the New York Jets.

Sources say Demps would be beneficial to the Patriots special teams. He played in 12 games for Florida last season, where he scored six touchdowns and rushed for 569 yards.
