NY Governor To Green Light Medical Marijuana

 It looks like medical marijuana will soon be legal in New York.  Governor Andrew Cuomo is expected to bypass the state Legislature and announce an executive order today that will allow very limited use of the drug by those suffering from serious illnesses.  The announcement should come during Cuomo's State of the State address.
