NSTAR Ranks #1 in Customer Satisfaction

NSTAR Gas has once again earned the top spot in customer satisfaction among natural gas customers along the eastern seaboard.
The survey by J.D. Power and Associates ranked the top ten midsized gas utilities on the East Coast, with NSTAR topping the list, followed closely by sister Northeast Utilities Company Yankee Gas of Connecticut.

In a written statement, President of NSTAR and Yankee Gas, Rod Powell says “Our long-term goal as we increase in local access to natural gas service is to remain at the top in terms of satisfaction, building upon the foundation we’ve laid.”
