Former New Bedford Mayor John Bullard, now the Northeast Regional Administrator for NOAA will be in the Whaling City Wednesday night to listen to the concerns of local fishermen. The "listening session" is set for 6:30pm at the Fairfield Inn. Bullard says New Bedford is one of several stops he's making in fishing ports throughout the region, to better understand the problems fishermen are facing.

Bullard says there isn't a lot of good news in the industry right now, especially for ground-fishermen.
