Neighborhood Leader Hopes Mayor Will Address Public Safety, Cleanup Issues

The head of the Bullard Street Neighborhood Association is hoping Mayor Jon Mitchell will talk about his plans for New Bedford neighborhoods during his State of The City address on Thursday.

Mayor Mitchell will deliver his State of The City address Thursday at 1pm, from Greater New Bedford Voke Tech High School.
