24/7 News Source - It's 26-thousand dollars and counting for a charity in which people play one of the world's most boring video games.

The eighth annual Desert Bus For Hope is raising funds for Child's Play, a charity that gives toys and games to hospitalized children.

Participants in the fundraiser are streaming themselves playing "Desert Bus," which requires players to drive a bus for hours on end down a featureless, straight highway with no other traffic.  Every now and then, a bug hits the windshield.
