More Mosquito Spraying In New Bedford

The Bristol County Mosquito Control Project will be conducting targeted ground spraying for mosquitoes early Thursday morning in New Bedford.

According to a press release, the spraying will take place in and around city parks from 2am to sunrise.

The project will spray areas around Buttonwood Park, Brooklawn Park, Hazelwood, Riverside, Fort Taber, Ashley and Clasky Park. City residents are advised to close their windows Wednesday night prior to the spraying.

Again the spraying will take place early Thursday, from 2am to sunrise.
