Mitchell To DESE: New Bedford Opposed To “City On The Hill” Charter School

Mitchell’s letter earned praise from Lou St. John, the President of the New Bedford Educators Association, who criticized City On The Hill for its low graduation rates. St. John said if City on The Hill is considered a success, then that kind of success isn’t needed in New Bedford
