Military May Prosecute David Petraeus For Affair

When the news hit last week that now former CIA director David Petraeus was stepping down due to an affair, they probably thought that divorce was the only thing that would be taking him to court. ABC news reports that the military can prosecute Petraeus for having the affair, if the affair in question began when he was still serving in the military.
The affair in question was between Petraeus and his biographer, Paula Broadwell. Both of them were – and are – married. Broadwell had never written a book before, which some around Petraeus said seemed odd.
