The 2010 Mattapan massacre is still fresh in many people's minds around New England. Dwayne Moore's attorney now says he thinks the jury will be swayed after Friday's tragedy in Newtown, CT.

Moore is on trial for allegedly killing four people. One those victims was a 2-year-old boy. Because of the events that took place in Newtown, Connecticut on Friday, his attorney is afraid that the jury will base their opinions on the fact that 20 children were murdered.

The Suffolk county judge, Jeffrey Locke, says that he understand the concerns of the defense, but that the jurors should be able to come to their decision based on instructions provided to them.
