Massachusetts Senator Rodrigues Faces Charges For Billboard

A State Senator is facing contempt charges for refusing to take down a billboard.   Senator Michael Rodrigues from Westport erected a commercial billboard on a piece of property near Route 195.  In July an appeals court ruled the sign was illegal and gave Rodrigues 90 days to take it down.  The sign still stands and neighbors are pursuing legal action. The Senator's contempt trial is set for December 3rd.
