Mass. Man Arrested for DUI, Infant Passenger

Rhode Island State police are charging a Massachusetts man with driving under the influence after being pulled over in Lincoln, RI. 

Passengers in the car being driven by Jose Rosario, Jr. included an 11-month old infant, two 16-year-olds and the mother of the baby. 

Rosario was charged with a DUI as well as refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test and obstruction of a police officer performing his duties. (Associated Press)
