1.     Electrician #5791548 - MA licensed electricians to become part of our solar installation team. Previous solar experience not required, but good electrical knowledge is required. Carpooling is a possibility if needed. Various job sites. MA Journeyman or Master Electrical License. No apprentices please. Must be licensed.

3.     Molding Operator #5803998 - General machine operation in manufacturing environment: including but not limited to compression, injection and transfer molding operations as outlined in control plans. Responsible for reading specifications on work orders. Performs daily duties as requested by shift supervisor/management per ISO9001 standards. General computer skills and proven problem solving skills in manufacturing environment a plus.
High School Diploma and basic computer skills required. Experience with ISO9001 and QS9000/TS16949 requirements preferred.
Must be able to read & write English.

4.     Cleaner/Housekeeper (full-time) #5803777 - Primary functions of job are to clean apartments to get them ready for new tenants and to keep common areas of building clean.
Summary of essential job functions:
Includes but is not limited to the following job specifications below. Additional duties or job functions within the scope of the job may be required and deemed necessary.
Clean common areas including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, cleaning glass, wiping down furniture, equipment and walls, etc.
Lobbies; Elevators; Bathrooms; Gyms; Laundry rooms; Offices; Model apartments; Wamsutta and Victoria rooms; Apartment turnover cleaning including but not limited to Windows, Cabinets, Countertops, Miccrowave, Stove/oven, Refrigerator, Bathtub and shower, Toilets, Sinks, Mirrors, Water heater, baseboards, Sweep/mop, Building and outside garbage and cardboard pickup.
Change garbage liners inside and outside. Outdoor paper pickup - lots and building perimeter.
Sweep, mop and vacuum hallways. Sweep and mop stairwells. Trash room and trash chute cleaning - sweep, mop and sanitize. Garage cleaning - trash pickup and sweep.
Communicate with office and leasing staff for completion of apartment turnovers and building cleaning. Communicate cleaning supply needs to office. Minimum requirements: High school diploma required. Experience necessary.

5.     Leasing Agent (Part-Time) #5803790 -Part time Leasing Agent needed for the Wamsutta Lofts. Total hours per week will be between 20-24 hrs. Position prefers 2 years experience in residential property management. Must have basic computer knowledge.

6.     Principle Clerk Typist #5819896 - Performs complex administrative and secretarial functions within the Office of the City Clerk. The City of New Bedford has a Residency Requirement.
Works under the supervision of the City Clerk and Assistant City Clerk. May supervise lesser grade employees who perform routine tasks.
Receives the public and answers questions; responds to inquiries from employees, citizens, business owners and others; provides customer assistance, performs data processing and bookkeeping functions. Composes and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material requiring judgment as to content, accuracy and completeness. Prepares and maintains employee time and other personnel records for the department. Issues, maintains and organizes various types of city-issued licenses and initiates background inquiries on applicants of particular licenses. Coordinates operations within designated departments; develops and maintains office forms and procedures and assists with administrative tasks involving personnel, budgeting and facilities. Performs complex financial processing activities and prepares supporting materials and reports.
