Learning Pavilion Opens At UMass Dartmouth

UMass President Marty Meehan visited UMass Dartmouth on Thursday, joining in the opening of the new, $15-million Learning Pavilion at the Charlton College of Business.

The 22,000 square foot expansion includes new technology-enriched classrooms, a business inovation center, and a 165-seat auditorium. The celebration included a ribbon-cutting and tours of the building.

Meehan says the new facility not only boosts the reputation of the college of business, but elevates the entire UMass System.

More than 1,900 students are enrolled in the Charlton College of Business.
