Knifepoint Robbery At Joe’s

New Bedford Police are looking for a suspect following a knifepoint robbery of a convenience store Sunday afternoon.

Detective Captain Steven Vicente says a man entered Joe's Convenience Store at 1890 Acushnet Avenue and demanded money before fleeing on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

The clerk was not injured.

The suspect is described as a clean shaven White male, in his late 20's to early 30's wearing a dark sweatshirt and dark hat.
