Hillary Clinton Campaigns In Las Vegas

How did it come down to this? Both champions of their respective parties, Republican and Democrat have major issues as not to be believed when one thinks how close they are to the presidency. November 8th is 64 days away and this might come down to the one who is hated less instead of loved more.

Donald Trump, the face of capitalism, has somehow disposed of 17 challengers in what was once thought to be a rich field of GOP hopefuls. Senators, governors, surgeons, CEOs all gone. Only The Donald remains holding the flag of the Grand Old Party.

Despite his rather shallow, immature, aggressive persona, Donald Trump now holds a 2 point lead over Hillary Rodham Clinton in the latest national poll. Trump of course has angered some with his own words and has also failed to recognize the dishonesty in the mainstream media to twist his words out of context even when he didn't happen to say something bombastic. So his impulsive thought to mouth issue seems to be his worst quality to this point.

Hillary Clinton has an entire universe of different, bigger problems but also has the cooperation of the media, the globalist establishment powers within the Republican Party hacking away at Trump who, unlike Clinton, is a financial unknown with his American economic nationalism. They have invested in the global economy and are doing quite well with their overseas investments. It also doesn't hurt Hillary that the Democrat Party political war machine is on her side. It would seem very hard to believe that with the deck stacked in her favor as it is, that she could perceivably lose this race.

Hilary's problems and the voters perception are being, in my opinion, miscalculated by her campaign braintrust.

  • The eMail issue

OK, so the public knows she was not prosecuted over it but they also know enough of the facts which seem to harm her trustability in the polls. Her surrogates taking questions from the media seem to be content with the outcome of FBI Director Comey's findings which were that the FBI did not have enough evidence to show intent but that she was reckless, lied to the public numerous times and put her personal secrets ahead of the nation's.

It may not be good enough for enough voters that she was innocent legally but only because the FBI believed that she either forgot all her training from a head injury or misunderstood what was and wasn't (C)lassified. That opens new concerns which are being capitalized on by the Trump campaign.

  • Clinton Foundation

Look when the Boston Globe and Huffington Post both publicize outrage, calling for the foundation to be shut down immediately, then you know there are some serious issues. Her abuse of office for personal gain seems to be clear enough for tens of millions of voters and again, her team is miscalculating the outrage.

  • Views of her health

Right or wrong, that she has not taken a press conference in almost 280 days implies a problem and, again, this is not lost on team Trump. She continues to downplay her seemingly constant coughing issue while the "alt right" opens the sometimes silly conspiracy theories about her health. she has added fuel to the fire with the FBI revelation this weekend that she admitted to them that her head injury caused her national security sins.

  • She voted for the Iraq War

I mean, I'm okay with that vote but her base? This is (besides gay rand abortion rights) the big rallying cry for Democrats since the March 2003 invasion almost 15 years ago.

  • She benefited from the DNC rigging the 2016 Democrat Party primary vote

Bernie Sanders was supposed to be just one of several lightweights to "challenge" HRC but no one told Bernie that. Lincoln Chafee, Governor O'Malley and Senator Webb understood their role. Keep Hillary present through the Republican primary. Instead, Bernie's message resonated with the far left and with the anti-establishment voters. Like his thoughts or not he seemed to be the real thing (until the day he endorsed Hillary)

  • Her campaign financing

Not to beat a dead horse but Hillary attacks Wall Street, oil consumption and pharmaceutical costs with her mouth but accepts hundreds of millions of dollars from Saudi Oil, pharmaceutical giant corporations, lobbyists and Wall Street. This is 80% of her campaign engine. This is not lost on her opponent or her supporters but again, the campaign team is miscalculating the outrage.

So if the problems were to be reversed, Hillary would be up 23-33 points in the polls right now and would be justified as she began picking out curtains for the Lincoln bedroom and writing the list for donors who will be sleeping there ..again.
