Higher Electricty Bills

State energy resources head Mark Sylvia says Massachusetts residents face more than $1 billion in higher bills for electricity over the coming two decades under a plan expanding the use of solar power. Sylvia says that amounts to $1 to $1.50 more a month for the average residential customer with the payoff being cleaner air, more jobs and more diverse sources for power.
