Heavy Security Around Federal Courthouse in Boston

Conflicting reports have said that there have been no arrests made regarding the Boston bombing suspect, but there is a heavy security at the federal courthouse. 

There is a heavy presence of Home Land Security at the Federal Courthouse in Boston. WCVB has posted this photo to there twitter account.

Kelley Tuthill was on the scene and says that everyone was evacuated from the courthouse under a 'Code Red'. They had all media move to the opposite side of the street. She is getting unconfirmed reports of a 'bomb threat' in the courthouse.

Earlier reports indicate that there has been made significant progress in identifying a suspect, but no arrests have been made.
