Five Arrested in Wareham Warrant Sweep

Local and State Police descended upon Wareham Thursday, making a sweep of the town.

Wareham Police and members of the State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section arrested five people for outstanding warrants pertaining to various criminal charges.

The arrests were made early Thursday morning. The four men and five women have been arraigned in Wareham District Court.
