At the last second, Democrats and Republicans agreed on a deal to hold off the 'Fiscal Cliff'. That bill has passed in the House.

While it seems that the Fiscal Cliff plunge has been delayed for a bit, another fiscal cliff is due to creep up on us in just a few weeks, according to Yahoo.

After the deal passed through the House and Senate, president Obama delivered a brief news conference in which he praised law makers for coming together to avoid what would have sent the economy into another recession.

While a deal is reached, President Obama said that the Nation's deficit is still much too high. He said that he is going to stick to his campaign promises of lowering that, while not impacting the working middle-class.
