Fall River Firefighters were called to the scene of a fire at 3am on Thursday morning at 1458 Pleasent Street.  First responders say the fire was coming from the rear of a four story building which ahs vacant storefronts on the ground, and apartments above.

All the occupants got out safely. Deputy fire chief John Lynch tells Channel 12 Eyewitness News the cold weather hampered the firefighters.

One firefighter suffered a wrist injury, and was treated at the scene. The fire is still under investigation.
