FALL RIVER (WBSM) — A teenager is being added to the Massachusetts State Police Most Wanted list for a murder in Brockton.

Authorities say Khamari Price, 17, was issued an arrest warrant charging him with the fatal shooting of Mark Boyd, 33, that occurred earlier this year in February.

On the night of February 26, officers found Boyd unresponsive after responding to a call of a shooting on North Main Street. Police said Boyd suffered a gunshot wound to the head and did not survive.

After a state homicide investigation, Price was later identified as a suspect in the shooting. An arrest warrant from Brockton District Court was issued for Price.

Police said Price is now wanted for murder and has been actively avoiding law enforcement. According to officials, Price has ties to the Fall River area and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone who sees Price or has information on his whereabouts is asked to call MSP’s Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section at 1-800-KAPTURE (527-8873) or call 911.
