FALL RIVER (WBSM) — A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Fall River 18-year-old Colus Jamal Mills-Good.

According to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, Jadyn Ortiz, 19, of Fall River was arrested this afternoon and is charged with accessory to murder-after the fact.

He will be arraigned tomorrow in Fall River District Court.

Ortiz joins two other suspects – Xzavien Figueroa-Valcarel, 19, and Giovanni Nunes, 18 – in being charged with accessory to murder-after the fact. Both of the other two suspects have already been ordered held on $250,000 cash bail.

Mills-Good was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds at around 11:41 a.m. on Thursday, March 14 after Fall River Police responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Rock Street and Franklin Street.

Mills-Good was rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, where he was later pronounced deceased.

The D.A.’s Office said the investigation into his homicide remains extremely active at this time.
