Former San Diego Mayor Bob Filner is going to spend three years on probation and three months under house arrest.  A judge accepted Filner's plea deal today.

Under the agreement, Filner is forbidden from holding public office and will be required to undergo mental health treatment.

The disgraced ex-mayor pleaded guilty in October to grabbing and fondling three women while in office.

The 71-year-old was charged with felony false imprisonment and two misdemeanor counts of battery.  Filner resigned in August.  (Metro Networks Inc.)
