Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Note On Boat

Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev  scribbled a note just before being captured by police on April 19th.  The message found scrawled on an interior wall of a boat claimed that the bombings were retaliation for what the U.S. did to Muslims during wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
