turnto10

An Amber Alert was canceled when a toddler who was abducted during a double murder, was found Sunday night wandering near the Chad Brown housing project in Providence.

Authorities said he appeared unharmed and was taken to Hasbro Children’s Hospital to be checked out. Police had been looking for the two-year-old boy since the discovery of two dead women, including the child’s mother, early Sunday morning in a house in Johnston.

Two suspects in the case were arrested later in the day, one man was taken into custody in Fall River, the other man was apprehended in Providence.
