Committee Chair and Ward Five Councilor Jane Gonsalves tells WBSM News,  the panel hasn't met for awhile, but now a controversy has cropped up.

Gonsalves says if the neighbors and dog owners can come to an agreement on using the Hawthorne Street site as a dog park, then the council will approach the state.  Tonight's meeting begins at 7:30 in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
