Dartmouth-Based Gaspar-Rapoza Real Estate Bought Out

A local real estate agency is going under the umbrella of another company.

Norwell-based Jack Conway, Realtor has acquired Gaspar-Rapoza Realty in North Dartmouth. The company made the announcement on it's website, and says Conway will merge its existing North Dartmouth sales center into the larger Gaspar-Rapoza office across the street on State Road.

Conway CEO Carol Bulman tells WBSM News, most of the Gaspar-Rapoza staff are maintaing their current positions, and that's important.

Conway's acquisition of Gaspar-Rapoza comes on the heels of it's recent purchase of Act 1 Carol O'Loughlin Real Estate in Falmouth. The moves are part of the company's ongoing expansion of its operations on the North Shore, South Shore, South Coast, and Cape Cod.
