Two men are facing charges following a Tuesday afternoon drug raid in New Bedford's North End.

Detective Captain Steven Vicente says that members of the Organized Crime and Intelligence Bureau executed a search warrant at a garage stall located at 1069 County St.

The warrant was executed following an investigation into Cocaine sales in the city.

Vicente says 570 grams of Cocaine and $241 in cash were seized from the garage as a result of the search.

The suspects, identified as 44-year-old Julio Rivera-Quiles and 41-year-old Jaime A. Torres, were scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning in New Bedford District Court on charges of Trafficking Cocaine over 200 grams and Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance laws.
