Mass. Attorney General Martha Coakley joined Mayor Jon Mitchell Wednesday at 217 Cottage Street in New Bedford to tour a previously abandoned house that has since been restored and made available for sale.

Money from the A-G's HomeCorps Community Restoration program helped pay for the renovations....

The property at 217 Cottage street had been abandoned for more than four years.

It will now be offered to income-eligible, first time home buyers at a purchase price of $167,500.
