Closing arguments were made Tuesday in the Aaron Hernandez murder trial.

Hernandez attorney James Sultan went first, criticizing the manner in which the investigation was conducted and the way evidence was handled.

Sultan said investigators showed bias and tried to make Hernandez seem like the only possible suspect.

However, Sultan told the jury that, in the end, the Commonwealth didn't prove their case.

Prosecutor William McCauley then argued for the Commonwealth.

McCauley dismissed claims that Hernandez would have no reason to kill Odin Lloyd disputing claims that the two were friends.

McCauley said that while the evidence presented was mostly circumstantial it clearly showed that Aaron Hernandez was the man responsible for the death of Odin Lloyd.

Over 130 witnesses have testified the more than two month long trial.
