Mayor: New Owners Looking To Bring PawSox To Providence

Providence Mayor Jorge Elorza says he is looking forward to working with new owners of the Pawtucket Red Sox to consider moving the team to a few miles south to Rhode Island's largest city.

Red Sox Send Cespedes To Detroit For Porcello

 

The Boston Red Sox have traded outfielder Yoenis Cespedes to the Detroit Tigers for right-handed pitcher Rick Porcello.

Numerous outlets are reporting the deal has been completed and that
