Cardinals To Begin Pope Selection Process

The names of about 20 cardinals have come up in the media as possible successors to Pope Benedict the 16th.

Monsignor Christopher Nalty serves in the Archdiocese of New Orleans. The College of Cardinals will meet informally today in Vatican City to set in motion the process of selecting a new Pope. A formal meeting to decide when to begin the conclave will be held on Monday.
