Another juror in the trial of James "Whitey" Bulger is stepping forward, this time to talk about the criticism the panel has faced for not convicting the reputed mob boss on all counts.

Gusian Tremblay of Lowell tells the "Globe" she's, quote, "very offended" by those who have taken to social media to call the jury incompetent.  Tremblay said the panel sifted through a mountain of evidence and tried to be as thorough as possible in deliberating each charge.

However, she says the government ultimately failed to prove some of the charges due to lack of evidence or problems with witness credibility.
