With less than a week to go before the November 8th election, voters need to carefully consider the strong potential for a full blown constitutional crisis should Democrat Nominee Hillary Clinton win. A Clinton victory next week would see, for the first time ever, a President-Elect under federal investigation with the real possibility of a criminal trial and removal from office a short time later.

There is a lot at stake in this election, not the least of which is whether we want to continue to pursue a progressive agenda or move in a new direction. There is widespread belief that corruption is rampant in Washington and has been for a long time. There appears to be a huge chasm that prevents even the most simple of tasks from being completed In a harmonious manner.

Donald Trump has presented a bold agenda for change on such issues as immigration, health care, trade, education and the redevelopment of our aging and decaying inner cities. Mrs. Clinton seems to prefer staying the course on many of these issues or has proposed unrealistic and unsustainable programs, such as free college tuition that would ultimately increase the burden on an already weary middle class.

Policies aside, the threat of a constitutional crisis, the likes of which we have never experienced before, should be enough to persuade voters of all affiliation that the risk is just too great to ascend Mrs. Clinton to the presidency.

Donald Trump's policies are a breathe of fresh air to many and should be given a chance to succeed. And with Russia and China rattling sabers and ISIS at the backdoor it is no time for a President to be preoccupied with defending herself against potential criminal charges.

I plan to vote for Donald Trump on November 8th and hope you will as well.
