Amber Alert Canceled: Portsmouth, RI Girl Found Alive and Well [UPDATE]

The Rhode island State Police \issued an Amber alert for a missing 13-year-old girl in Portsmouth, RI, but has been canceled after the girl was found alive and well. 

Update 11:00 am  - The FBI has arrested a man in New Jersey, after 13-year-old Kathryn Botelho was found alive. No details have been released as to where the man was arrested, and his name is not yet being released.

According to reports, Kathryn Botelho was last seen near Ferry landing Circle in Portsmouth. She may be with an older white man in his 40's or 50's according to police. She is 4'11, blonde hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a black skirt.

The two could possibly be traveling in a red Chrysler Sebring or Concord, with possible New Jersey plates. People are asked to call 911 or the Portsmouth police at 401-683-0300 if you have any information.
