The man accused of stabbing a school van driver on Jan 9th at Hemlock and Dunbar Streets was back in court Thursday.

Judge Beverly Cannone found that 19-year-old  Aaron Maldonado posed a threat to public safety after a dangerousness hearing  and ordered him held without bail. Maldonado is charged with armed assault with intent to commit murder, mayhem, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for Feb. 12.

The judge also revoked Maldonado's bail on two pending cases  and ordered him held without bail for a probation surrender hearing Feb. 2.
